John, originally from Maryland, brings a unique blend of experience to the Missouri River. After earning his master’s degree in urban design from the University of Miami, he made the bold decision to head west and put his skills to use shoveling water on Montana’s Missouri River. Now calling Craig, Montana home, John has built a well-earned reputation as an exceptional instructor and guide.

Lee Coyle – Captain | Guide
Lee has guided just about every corner of Montana, but the Missouri River is where he spends most of his time. Guiding the Land of Giants in his jet boat and below Holter Dam with spey rod teaching anglers the art of the swing. When you fish with Lee, expect calm, patient, and dialed in. Rain Keating – Guide
Rain began guided on the forks of the Flathead and the Green River in Utah before settling down on the Mighty Missouri. The big, powerful trout and the river’s flat but complex water hooked him right away. When he’s not on the oars, you’ll find him somewhere out West chasing upland birds with his Brittany or patrolling the local ski hill.

Originally from Texas, Will has been fly fishing the Missouri River since the late 90s. He moved to Helena Montana full-time in 2020 to pursue guiding full-time. Whether you’re a first-time angler or a lifelong fisherman, Will is a patient coach and a natural teacher.
