Living Water guide service was simply incredible. We saw a large variety of fish in the net and the gear was top notch. Jeff even packed a gourmet lunch for us. The Living Water guide service speaks for itself. The water comes to life when fishing with Jeff and his guides. I have fished with him several times and most recently with my son (a beginner at fly fishing) this summer. His guides are amazing with people of all skill levels, the equipment is top notch, and the lunches were great. Cancellation Policy
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. The remaining balance is due 30 days before your trip. Deposits for canceled guide trips will be refunded if notice is provided 60 days or more in advance. If cancellation occurs less than 60 days before the scheduled trip, the deposit may be transferred to another trip within the same calendar year (subject to availability and the ability to rebook the guide on the original date). Cancellations made within 30 days will forfeit the entire deposit. If a trip is canceled with less than 72 hours’ notice, the full price of the guided trip will be charged.
Our guided fly fishing trips are conducted in all safe weather and water conditions. Therefore, inclement weather, water levels, or undesirable fishing conditions are not acceptable reasons for cancellation or a refund. If a trip is canceled by the guide or due to a mutual guide/client decision based on unsafe weather or other uncontrollable circumstances, a full refund of the deposit will be issued. By submitting your deposit, you acknowledge and accept our refund and cancellation policy.
We understand that unforeseen situations can arise that may require trip cancellations. We reserve the right to assess these circumstances on a case-by-case basis and make refund decisions accordingly.
A 3 % processing fee will be applied for credit card payments.
